Terms of service

All quotations and services are subject to the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (FENEX) deposited with the registry clerk of the District Court in Rotterdam (latest edition). 
 Further the TLN general terms of payment, deposited on 2nd July 2002 under certificate nr. 69/2002 with the registry clerk of the District Court in The Hague, apply. Goods are stored for account and risk of our principal. Principal shall take out an Insurance cover for the stored goods. 
 This Insurance cover shall include clearing and removal costs. A copy of the terms and conditions in question will be sent to you immediately and free of charge upon your request. 
 All our transactions are subject to Dutch legislation.
